Firreal. It's just a body. I'm equally interested in a buff person shirtless as I am in a person with high body fat shirtless which is.. not at all because I'm freaking exercising and minding my own dang business.

A class called Jiggle at a pole studio in Atlanta. It's listening to the raunchiest rap music ever and moving your derrière at a rapid pace. Basically if you've seen the Twerk Team on youtube, that's what we do for an hour.

A real life friend tried to sell me on this a few months ago and was so indignant when I said it sounded like SlimFast. I have the time and money (generally) to prepare real food, why would I want to forego some killer seitan tacos and asparagus for an overpriced milkshake?

My girlfriend is more masculine and we change in the locker room together which is a duh gay sign. We live in Atlanta though so I'd assume its probably different other places but we've never had a problem. Nor has it even crossed my mind that it would be weird.

Right but I've seen plenty of strictly stiletto/stiletto fitness/etc classes at regular dance studios and gyms that include what's considered regular strength training exercises incorporated into the dance.

I do pole/exotic dance fitness classes and wear heels during them. It is definitely a work out but not the dramarama these comments lead it to be. Its not if you're trying to avoid aspartame. There are flavored waters that don't contain chemicals though like La Croix or flavoring your own waters.

Not re-racking weights is the only thing that really pisses me off. It is crazy to me how much attention some of you pay to other people! I am so self centered during my workout that I can't say I've ever noticed whether or not another person is wearing mascara. And this is coming from an ultra femme lesbo haha.

I do when I swim. I wear flip flops in the shower and seeing other people naked doesn't bother me. Everyone in the locker room has boobs and a vag, nothing new.

I'm obsessed with pole dancing. I highly recommend doing a series though because it's really fun to watch you strength build so quickly & be able to do the fancier tricks. I honestly find pole dancing to be more anaerobic but depending on the class you could get more of a cardio workout. At my studio we also have non-pole…
