Hey there, I have PCOS and I just started a new eating program. My carb limit is 50-80 grams a day. This is based on a whole eating program, and I have a high amount of protein to try to get every day (at least 130-150 grams)

As I understand it, if you continue to eat your BMR every day, you will maintain your current weight. If you eat a deficit, then you should lose. I'm not sure why people say that you should eat your BMR everyday, unless they are on a different program?
