Avocado ! very filling and tons of fiber. Chia seeds. Flax seeds ground up and added to anything really.

flaxseed bread. i dont really like the taste of it but since i love bread i eat it with most everything. Eggs, meat, Avocado is a ton of fiber and healthy fats

i cook them straight out of the freezer. Dont defrost them...thats when they turn limp and mushy.

I roast frozen veggies all the time. Its no big deal. Tastes perfectly delicious. I spread them out on a Pam sprayed/foil lined cookie sheet . Sprinkle some seasoning blend ( different one each time..i have a lot!) salt and pepper if the blend is salt free..spray a little olive oil over the veggies and then i roast them at…

I usually take ham with cream cheese rolls, Beef jerky chopped up with cilantro and lime and wrapped in a low carb tortilla ( walmart). Also salad greens and then i add the tuna or chicken salad on top when im ready to eat. I make Flaxseed bread and cut that into squares and dip them into homemade Pico de Gallo or any low…
