My biggest surprise was bread. I'm french after all so bread is a big deal ! And one time I was at this party where that was a coco pie (coco and cream, something like that). I thought it would be high.... but I was in shocked when I realize it was 900 calories PER slice !!

Bananans give such a strong taste anyway !! Dont like them that much. Favorite: mango-rasberries-strawberries (with a bit of orangejuice) or replace the mango with pineapple. yum yum :)

I have done both.... 2011: exercising every day or almost (bike/swim/surf/scubadiving/yoga/dance, well kinda everything I could try (except running though !)). Did not change my eating habits (did not know a lot at this time). My body definitively went smaller (everybody told me so) but I did not loose any single pound…
