Hello All, Ive been using this for the last 21days and I've loved every second. Living in Sunny Glasgow and hoping to lose 3 stone. 1) I am 5 foot 7 and a very important half 2) I am 31 ( 32 in June ) 3) I last weighted in at 185 4) I'm looking to eat 1600-1800 5) I am eating within that at the moment 6) I seem to be losing weight but I am working out more than before 7) my goal weight is 140 and that will put my BMI in the normal range
