Rarely do I read I thread that I wish I wouldn't have, this is one of them. OP, you should have left your thoughts to yourself and left that other link buried in the forums. These parents are confused and because of that were neglectful, not once but twice. The other kids should be taken out of the house.

That is terrible. My guess the idiot was just done drinking his drink and tossed it out without even looking to see who was around. I doubt (or really hope) that he was not intentionally aiming at you or your daughter. Like you said this could have been much serious if it was a hot beverage. Not much you can do, just chalk…

I've also come to the conclusion even if you hit it off online with flirting and/or sexting, the pics are accurate and the information is truthful, this does not mean the connection carries over to meeting in person. Strange but true.

You assume I work an 8 hour day. Maybe 7, 10, 12? It's an addiction and the employer should help the employee. Are there weekly meetings for something like this, you know like AA.
