How are you measuring that Kimiuzzell? I don't think that those measurements sound at all accurate! And my weight will vary by 6-8lbs in a month dependent on my cycle. Don't sweat it, it'll be right in a couple of days.

Yeah at 24% I'd do a cut. Gaining is generally done when you are at a lower body fat (say <18%). Cutting means reducing calories - often by around 500 a day but also varies for each individual. I'm still here working out. Have been less active in new job than I'm used to so have cut cals a bit to compensate - boo. Had PT session yesterday to review program and set some goals. Go away (UK) next week so hoping to come back with a refreshed attitude

Squats. Deadlifts. Bench. All compound lifts will improve core strength when performed correctly. My core is strong and I do no specific abs focused work. Of course, Planks and Push ups are simple faves and there are many variations.

Well I replaced lifting weights with lifting boxes this weekend. Removals done. Only managed to get in 2 lifting sessions and 2 combat last week. Back to 'normal' this week I hope.

Intervals don't need to go on for longer, just less recovery IMO. I don't follow strong, but I do HIIT at the end of my workouts sometimes. I do 30 secs on, 30 secs off running or bike. For 10 - 15 mins depending on how I feel. Upper body for me today - not time for intervals. Not sure if will get to gym tomorrow - parking…

Ok Manic I can understand that. Personally, I'm avoiding SL DLs and wouldn't attempt SA DLs purely because of the force on my elbows - they tend to suffer holding weight for extended periods so I don't end up appreciating the benefits. I asked why single ARM deadlifts. Legs yes. I can understand. Single arm seems like a waste of a deadlift IMO but I guess it depends what you want out of it. Squat problems - story of my life! Manic - butt wink is a term given to the tucking under of the butt at the bottom of the squat just prior to standing again. At least, that's how I've always interpreted it. quite why someone called it 'butt wink' is beyond me. Squats for me today too
