My Favorite Egg is something I read on the Smitten Kitchen website originally. Toast 1 slice bread, saute some spinach and mushrooms (or whatever veggies you have), soft poach or cook egg overeasy. Smear toast with djion mustard,top with veggies and then egg. Salt and pepper and enjoy!!

hawkins 410 vegetarian Irish meal ideas... I've been thinking colcannon ( cabbage and potatoes). This looks good too http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/vegetarian_shepherds_pie.html There is always Irish coffee as well :)

Happy Monday everyone! Day one of arm challenge checked off (did with my 8 yr old)! 40 minutes of exercise for the day. Looking forward to working on the dance tomorrow

Hi, I'm Dianne, 53, live in SW Ontario, Canada but was Mississippi born and bred. I have two young sons and am looking to get back in shape to keep up with them. I love to workout but have had one family issue after another and have not been taking the time to keep myself healthy. I am very excited to start our challenge!!

Day 3 all is good. Had some beans on my salad today and tofu " tacos" for dinner. still worried about adding in too many carbs. Happy to ditch the cream in my coffee though!

Great, thanks so much for the information! I am going to give SB a shot. I really miss lentils and beans and am tired of eating so much tofu and " fake meat"
