Fellow mother here! Mom to four 9,8,5 {6 this month}, and 4 year old. On everyday, feel free to add. :)

I always make sure I get at least 10k steps in per day!

Wonderful job!

Eating. I really enjoy working out and have no problem sticking to it, but eating is just easy to slip up on. I love to eat healthy, lots of fruits and vegetables. I've always been that way but I also get lazy and don't want to cook when you're tired from taking care of kids so it can be the easier way out sometimes!

Yup, tummy tuck one day. Having my kids, particularly my twins just ruined my stomach. No amount of working out or losing weight will fix the skin.

Best: "You've really inspired me to lose the weight once and for all." and she has been! Worst: "Are you ill?" in correlation to my weight loss. Some people. :noway:

Great work, I've been thinking about trying P90x/Insanity seems like you get great results with them!

Very impressive, great work! As fellow mother of 5 it's really nice to see!

http://www.fitbit.com/home I had an ultra for a year and now I have the "upgrade" called the One. I love mine, it's a great tool. Tracks steps, stairs, sleep etc. So it will tell you your TDEE ( this is your daily burn) number so you know exactly how much to eat, so you don't eat too little or too much. It Syncs with MFP…

Your figure is what I'm hoping to work down to. Love the dress!

Back in school I was told all the time I looked like this girl in the movie Ten Things I Hate About You. When my hair was blonde, short and curly last year I got told Katherine Heigl and when it was short and red they thought Scarlet Johanssen. More like, in my dreams. lol I definitely don't think I look like anyone.

omg freakin love it... except I want to be the borg queen!! waaa

We are a family of 6 and spend about 800$ a month for food. I don't include dog/cat food or toiletries in that. I just shop the perimeter more than anything. I don't use coupons or anything. Buy as little proceed food as possible. I buy things like my Coconut oil on amazon and we also do some stocking trips up to Tucson to…

Big butt, thighs and hips over here Used to hate it, but I'm warming up to them!
-
I LOVE my fitbit! I used an Ultra for about a year and now use the One! Before and current <---- Definitely helps and get to eat WAY more than what MFP wanted me to eat and still lose plenty of weight!
-
Wow great job!!

I do stronglifts, but I don't think I'm bulky. Still have fat to lose though, yes.

Personally, I do think our perception has changed and where we live is how we define a "healthy weight". Here in this town, I've actually had people ask if I am ill because they think I'm too small now... In the majority of the US I am probably average, and in some countries I would be considered overweight in comparison.…

From the sounds of it you ate pretty healthy before, your problem was soda and treats (cookies). You said something like 4 Mountain Dews in a day, well that's nearly 700 calories right there! Homemade cookies could be anywhere from 70-200+ for just one. Honestly if I were you, I would eat normally but would be taking out…

I'd wear one now if I could! They are all so pretty! But I have a mom belly so until surgery or some miracle I won't ever get to. No matter how much weight I lose I'll have that issue.
-
I'm pretty much ravenous right before that time of the month, so I eat at maintence on those days. It helps a lot with the hunger/cravings and keeping it under control. I feel like I'm indulging when really I'm not and usually still end up losing !
-
You look better and smaller now than at your lowest weight!
-
I didn't have any problems until I became a mom. I was fine with the first two but when I got pregnant with twins is when the weight really started giving me problems. I was on bed rest, ended up losing one of our babies so it just led to weight gain and all that.
-
I'm least of all "Average" but... I'm just about 5'4. Apparently everyone is missing out though on that awesomeness due my height. "God only lets things grow until they are perfect, some of us didn't take as long as others." I'm kidding... Partially...

Co-wash. It's basically washing with conditioner only. I co-wash about 3-4 times a week but I shower everyday of course. If I feel like it's necessary I'll just use a little dry shampoo. I use one by Suave ( smells kind of like pineapple). There is a period of your hair getting used to it though especially if you shampoo…

I do stronglifts <---- I have some progress photos on my profile.

So amazing! Well done, you have a lot to be proud of and to smile about!

So awesome! I had a similar problem after being on bed rest, nice to hear others stories and improvement.
