I am a nursing instructor at a community college (in an associate degree RN program). I am also working on my master's degree and I still work every other Saturday as a staff nurse on the inpatient medical unit of the local hospital. Whew!

First of all, congratulations on being an ex-smoker!! I quit over three years ago myself. Welcome to the community here at MFP. I am pretty new here too, but am enjoying the positive environment!

Me too! I just started this week. I have tried lots of different programs and failed. This is mostly due to my own self-sabotage where my weight is concerned. Would love to build a support network!
