i too had my gallbladder removed! i dont have any issues with the weight loss however i cant eat anything greasy! it wont digest at all.and i pay fot it later! mayo is a big no no for .me! but i still eat it from time to time! its very strange sometimes what missing this or that out of our bodies can do to us? lol.i even…

im bored too! i busted my tail today working out 4 different times and getting pissed that the scale hasnt moved all week.so im grumpy tonight

if i was you i would strictly go by your calerie goals! if you go to the gym then punch that in,it will minus it! same for when u exercise at home.then u can judge what you should eat based on those caleries that are already calculated for you.good luck!

im in the same boat as you! only im much heavier and way older.lol. i hate veggies and fruits! and live off junk and pepsi! lol. i just started this not long ago,and im struggling big time! but im finding small ways to get around stuff.for example we dont eat red meat anymore.we live mainly off chicken and turkey…
