you are 6 feet tall and only 1500 calories!! yikes, try eating at least 1800 and see what happens. I would think even 2000, especially if you are exercising. I think you might just be HUNGRY! :flowerforyou:

so glad to hear this as I am VERY hungry. Do you count calories and do you eat more calories than when you did SAD? I am truly hoping my hunger levels out......or it will be a struggle for me to lose weight doing this. And while my primary goal is health, I do want to lose some weight too.:tongue:

Sooo happy for you!! I am on day 5.......and it is going well........but I am eating too much :( So haven't dared step on the scale yet.:embarassed:

and unfortunately, that is not all.....I just quit putting things in my diary because I am embarrassed about the volume of food I am eating..............hoping it stops.........or I shall be the only one to ever gain weight eating Paleo:cry:

I just ordered the Everyday Paleo Cookbook...........the reviews on Amazon were great! I hope to get it tomorrow. I will let you know what I think! I am new at this too.....day 4! Today was my best day yet.........feeling really good. Hope it works for you too!

what great advice......I have never heard/read the one about sweet potatoes instead of fruit or to stay away from nuts. I am addicted to sunflower seeds,,,,,,,mostly emotional I think. I am going to print all of these off to reread from time to time. How long have you been doing paleo and what are the most significant…

Just wanted to add, I may not be able to eat eggs. I just had 2 for breakfast and my tummy started hurting :( Any other suggestions for breakfast?

I was told to increase the magnesium by 500 every day until I got to the point of loose stools then to back off one......it works for me:) Good luck!!

I have eliminated all grains except flaxseed, and only eat lower carb veggies. And no processed foods. My pain levels went waaaaaayyyyy down almost immediately! Good luck! Dyanna:flowerforyou:
