I started the program and can't seem to get past week 3. My legs hurt so bad, even though I feel as if I can run longer. Seems as if my legs don't want to keep going. I think I may have to wait until I lose some more weight before I can begin the program. Or it may just be my shoes since I run outside and on the treadmill…

Wow that is awesome hun. MFP originally set my calories to 1200. I was starving. So I increased it to 1500/day. Maybe I should've given it a little more time for my body to get used to. But I am a real B when I'm starving. Conngratulations on the WL. Happy Maintenance! I'm adding you!

Amen, I so needed this today. I was how in the heck did I gain overnight when I know I didn't eat 3500 extra calories in a day. I'm ditching my scale and am going to start weighing myself once a week. Thanks a bunch!
