It's called Intermittent Fasting & many swear by it! Some people are also using biblical premises behind fasting an entire day. I believe in fasting for your faith but NOT for weight lose!! And their are many ways to fast without cutting all food for the day. Many are misguided and it is sad!!

Yeah it may be the fiber! I have 19 grams of fiber first thing in the morning!! After I eat the protein shake, I'm full until 2pm!! I think I am going to try adding the calories gradually!! That is a good idea!!! I had 1533 today & I think I did good!
