How quickly did you set MFP's rate of weight loss? I am guessing probably more like 2 lbs a week instead of 1, the latter of which is more realistic if you don't have much to lose. This may be your problem. I am glad you have your NET at 1200 but are using exercise to keep your intake high, because that is important. That…

That's funny to me because at some restaurants in Japan sushi DOES come on convey belts

Fantastic job! It looks waay prettier now and you look awesome! Also, I am a bit curious why you are so adamant about it being able to be taken out if needed. Have faith in yourself lady, you can keep the lbs off! :flowerforyou:

For me and alot of other people, it can take your brain awhile to adjust and see the difference. It is a mental barrier; your brain gets used to you being a certain size and doesn't recognize the changes for a long time. For me it was a couple months. The first thing I noticed when I started losing was the scale dropping,…

Why does it matter your sexuality?! :indifferent:

I just want to say that I am NEVER posting another stupid board on MFP again. Yes I am ignorant, and I posted an ignorant question. Yes I got a response I didn't like and I REACTED POORLY and IGNORANTLY. I'M SORRY. I have been sufficiently publically humiliated by my own actions out of my thoughtlessness and ignorance, and…

Not yet, but when I get a dog I would love to! I would say just work up to it with your new dog. Start with small walks, stop when they get tired, and increase from there...
-
I'm being cranky because he didn't answer my question, he just told me that whatever I was doing was worthless.
-
But my point was HOW QUICKLY. That was my WHOLE point, my whole question. :grumble:
-
THANK YOU. I think I will do one day of the shred once a week once I am done with the 30 days. I really appreciate the direct help.
-
But how long is my point? LIke 24 hours? A week? I did have a walking cast once, but I had it on for three months...that is a long time...
-
Perhaps you are correct. :ohwell: My point is, I just want to know that after doing these workouts exstensively for 30 days in a row, how to I maintain my muscle/strength/WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT afterwards?
-
So now we have someone who says it takes years to build muscle. :noway: Thanks for all the help guys, oh wait, nevermind. :grumble:
-
Thanks for trying to help, but anyone who says a workout that involves handweights and things like pushups ISN'T strength training is clearly ignorant. Especially someone who beleives you can't build muscle while eating at a defecit. :noway: But thanks anyway.:ohwell: [edit] I do appreciate the very last part of your post…

I would do what your doctor says. If they say it's ok, then it is; they are usually super conservative. You can just try taking it easy for a bit and see how you feel and work into it. Don't stress!
-
Uh, NO. Your boobs are pretty much falling out. You don't look bad in it, but you are going to be super uncomfortable making sure they aren't all over the place.:ohwell: Get one that supports you and you can move around in without constantly pulling at!
-
It's based on a freaking wild-*kitten* guess. And it is usually waaay off. Get a HRM! Then you know for sure!

^This ROCK WATCHA GOT!!

Way to turn a potentially bring-you-down situation into a healthy, great for you adventure!! :drinker: You can do it!

Love my droids... I had an HTC Aria last and it was fantastic but I don't think they make them any more. Right now I am on the Pantech Burst and it is very good, nice big screen. Pretty much anything nowadays is a touchscreen, that is the way technology is going, it is hard to get used to but worth it.

Glad you are on MFP, WW is good for being healthier but not as good for precise weight loss as they give you some "free" foods...anyway. You dont' have to eat past being full out of fear of starvation mode. THis is largely a myth and although a lot of fear mongers around here use it, you only have to worry about it if you…

I'm happy for you, but I sort of feel like I am looking at someone's sexting with the way you took the shots. :embarassed:

Check out the main boards Success Stories. LOTS of people get back to even better shape they have ever been since pregnancy. Keep your chin up, and keep at it!
-
No, I don't really care about the size of my boobies. I want to be in shape, let the bra size fall where it may. Not all of us do everything for attention from creepy boob-obsessed men (yes, MEN LIKE YOU).:noway: :grumble: Plus, big boobs can be a pain! Clothes don't fit right, you can't wear teeny bikinis without worrying…

I WOULDN'T buy one without the strap, that is the part the MONITORS YOUR HEART RATE. It's not that bulky, if that is what you are worried about. I have the Polar FT4 and I just loooove it.

Congrats! I started doing the shred too and I am halfway through right now. I found alll the videos on youtube for free! :) I have noticed a crazy difference in my body already and am loving it! It is tough though! If anyone else is interested- Level 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Pc-NizMgg8 Level 2:…

^This. And look into surgery as others have suggested. Not losing weight because you fear pregnancy is a poor excuse when there are SO MANY options out there.

Read prior post, nevermind. :ohwell:

Japanese people are thinner than the average American because A) they walk every where as opposed to driving and B) they have a culture that instead of "supersizing," follows practices like hara hachi bu. And also, their genetics are different than our so you probably can't compare then easily. And the women don't really…
