  • This may be a stupid question, but do they all track calories lost, or just heart rate? I have been thinking of getting one too.
  • Hooray! That is one of the best parts about MFP, that you can eat whatever you want as long as you keep under your goal. :) Keep it up, you can do it!
  • It's a PUBLIC message board. People can say whatever they want and the original poster can DO whatever she wants. It's obviously a bit of a controversial topic, and people are obviously going to have alot of opinions about it. As long as we are all respectful it is ok to say what ever you want on a public forum. Welcome to…

  • That's a very good point. However, if you recall I said DRASTICALLY changing your body. I don't want to look like Kate Hudson, I just saw a picture of her once and her height was the same as mine and she looked healthy and beautiful at that weight (which the picture reported was 135) so it became my inspiration. I am not…

  • Because my faith is very much a part of my opinion, and this is a MESSAGE BOARD, which is for opinions. Duh.

  • That is NOT true. Maybe ALOT of them are in America where men are OBSESSED with big titties. Try going to Brazil. They say "more than a handful is too much." Don't be so ridiculous to speak for all of men, especially when you are saying something that is so damn shallow.

  • Yes, I consider changing your body (as in, what God gave you) drastically is a moral issue. Getting a boob job is not necessarily just aesthetics. It is a big, invasive deal, it's not like dyeing your hair. I personally beleive that you should rock and be proud of what you were given, and not try "fix" it unless there is…

  • I've thought about it a little and after reading some of the other (a bit hateful) posters, I have decided that it is ok for you to want to go back to where you were before kids because honestly, in an ideal world your body would "bounce back" from pregnancy, weight gain/loss, breastfeeding. It's the moral (and societal)…

  • I find it really sad when women want to get breast implants and other cosmetic surgery. *sigh* You are buying into society's expectations that women need to forever be young, and they need to have big tits (which is hilarious considering breast feeding is nearly taboo in our culture, so they are really supposed to be big…

  • Gap Curvy Fit. PERIOD. I have ALWAYS had a terrible time of having jeans not fit my (wide) hips and gap around my (narrow) waist. But the Gap jeans are the only ones that have ever fit me PERFECTLY. I have actually gone to the mall and bought other jeans that I thought fit well and then gone to the gap and tried a pair and…

  • I've always been told I was "big boned" but I don't beleive that bull**** anymore. I can weigh whatever I want to weigh with MFP :) Stats below. 5 weeks in. :)
  • OMG you are so GORGEOUS!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! You are an inspiration!!!! Yay!!!
  • According to some BMR calculators I have found, your Basal Metabolic Rate is approximately 1,650 (the BMR on MFP is a little under in calories compared to most other calculators). According to other research, the best method of losing weight is to intake 80% of your BMR (or create a 20% deficit), which is about 1,300…

  • Be careful being on any weird diets...I know they may work really fast at once but you are likely to gain it back when you are done. That is why I love MFP because it teaches you how to eat well by giving you goals and such. You are doing a great job and it is good to stay motivated, but I hope you don't get discouraged…
  • I know totally how you feel! I was out shopping and my friend found a pair of 4 jeans on sale and I was like "there is NO WAY I can wear those, I just got into a size six"....fitting room later, WOW I FIT IN A FOUR. I have been a size 8 for like my whole whole life and now I feel so excited because with MFP I can actually…

  • being healthy and in shape is more important than having big boobies. and B cup is NOT small, stop being filled with the stupid lies that society tells you. Be healthy, and appreciate you healthy body instead of being vain. Plus small boobs look better than saggy big ones when you get older.
  • You look sexy! Great work, keep it up!!
