This is the worst part of it all for me. I took 7 cream and 7 suger for a large mcdonalds coffee. I have now cut back to 5 and 5 and am looking to go down more but it is something that does not happen for me overnight. Good Going... Hope you can stick with it! DC

I just started about a week ago. I Track everything, Its been an eye Opening experience just comparing what I ate before to what I am trying to eat now. Keep up with counting everything! DC

Not Monday -Friday, I tried and it does not work. To much going on, you need energy to feel good. The weekends work well as its more of a relaxed pace for me. I eat at about 2PM and am done the rest of the day.

I get out of bed by 3AM; I have just started and plan on doing my work out in the am. So far very hard to be motivated.
