For me I was skipping my periods for a couple of months and then would get it out of the blue. This was going on for a few years. Lately i've been getting it every 2 weeks and very heavy. I have similar dreams. Most of the time I dream that my teeth are loose and I can wiggle them with my tongue and pull them out. By the time the dream is over I barely have any teeth left.

yes reward yourself but not with food. You're not a dog. I reward myself with new clothes, getting my hair or nails done, going to a movie etc. If you do go out to eat just make sure it fits in with your calorie goals. ^^ this ^^ or drink ensure. But slim fast is junk. After my last child I thought it was easier to just do slimfast than exercise and eat right. WRONG!! It made me break out really bad and gave me bad gas not to mention the fact that after several months I had only lost 5 lbs.

I did several things when our kids were all young. One was to use the little ones as weights. They got a kick out of it. Then its time to log everything. Weigh and measure everything and log it. Most likely your under estimating what your REALLY eating and your probably eating way more than your body needs.. which is why we gain weight in the first place.
