I went for 3 months with no weight loss at all. I was just happy I didn't gain either. Once I increased my calories little by little I started to lose again. I had to increase by a total of 150 calories and that did the trick. Now I've lost all I wanted to lose and then some. :smile:

I eat 2 to 3 eggs per day for breakfast with a slice of cheese and stay under 1800 calories per day and have lost 75+ pounds. lol

I've been in college full time taking 4 to 6 classes per semester and still able to watch what I eat and losing weight. I don't always get in my exercise but keeping healthy snack items in the house helps. Plus healthier foods are what I call brain food. I eat 2 bananas per day and have lost 75 pounds. There is nothing wrong with eating bananas. As long as you log it and have a calorie deficit you will continue to lose weight. By the way, I also eat 2 apples a day sometimes 3! Track your calories!

EXACTLY!!! I don't drink soda, never liked it and I have MS. I have relatives who drink soda every day all day and they don't have MS. There is no connection between soda or anything else for that matter and MS period!

exactly! Been doing this over a year now and don't even think about it. I automatically buy healthier foods. When I want a snack its not a problem All of my snack foods are healthy. After doing this so long my husband doesn't buy much junk and what he does get I don't like anyway so its not a problem.

I'm sure she eats a lot differently now than she did when she put on the weight. I used to eat a lot of high calorie salty snack foods and was on steroids for a few years but now being off the meds and changing what I eat I've lost 75 lbs.

I eat a lot of raw greens and low calorie dense foods so at times I find it hard to reach 1200 calories but will eat some almonds or walnuts to reach my goal.
