If you're eating 1200 calories and burning 700 calories then that means your net is only 500 calories. That's too low. That's why you burnt out. You need your net to be, at minimum over a thousand calories. So the key this time is to eat a bit more so your body doesn't shut down again.

Made this the other day. I got it from Lean Body Lifestyle on Youtube. It's great.

Never ran one officially but ran 3.1 miles for the first time last week in 30 minutes flat. Hoping to get under 30 next time.

3 eggs, 2 turkey bacon slices sometimes I add 2 whole grain waffles, sliced strawberries with lite cool whip on top. (Sometimes I'll swap out the eggs and bacon with plain oatmeal with cinnamon, bananas or almonds)

I signed up for MFP a long while back but have only been consistant with it really for the past two weeks. Would love to add anyone else who is active and is willing to send me a "Stop Slacking" message once in a while.

I'm currently weight lifting... trying to gain muscle mass. At the same time though, I have 5-10lbs around my abdomen that I'd like gone. Should I continue on with MFP's nutrition suggestion for losing 10lbs in 5 weeks or should I do something different because I'm still trying to add muscle mass at the same time? Thanks!

Excessive grunting is irritating. I can't stand it and it puts me in a bad mood while I'm at the gym.
