I have the same issue. Stretch your lower back, hamstrings and quads. Use heat pads as well. Try and do it daily... it'll take time to get that flexibility back. Good luck.

I barely do cardio and I've lost weight. It's all about calorie deficit. Calories burned and a good diet... whether it's strength training or doing cardio. Bicep curls or any other movement where a straight bar makes your wrists hurt from the angle you're putting them in. You can do all the same things you do with a straight bar. It's all about comfort.

Recently adopted a white dog that looks like a pitbull or an American Bulldog. She was a stray so no one really knows. They put bulldog on her papers though so I'm not limited in picking a place to live :-) Her name is Khaleesi.

Treadmill Is a good idea. Also bulk cooking do you have food for the whole week or couple days, whatever you want. Also drink lots of water to try and counter some of the Hunger. It won't be easy but that's the point. You have to work for it. I hope the third time is the charm for you!

Any type of core exercises. Planks (front and side, lift a leg to make it more challenging) and Super Man's (lay on your stomach with your arms stretched up over your head then lift your arms and legs of free ground, hold, relax, repeat)

Are you paraphrasing?! I can't believe such an evil person exists. The 250 calorie recommendation is a joke. I think you should file a complaint. There's no reason for giving out life threatening advice on top of being so damn insensitive.
