  • I finally made it to my 10,000 step goal. I am feeling really positive this week. I think my scale will move this week for sure. Well it already has but will not post till Friday.   • healthymom-With a podometer they say 2000 steps is a mile. My Dr. told me to do 10,000 steps a day and that is 5 miles. I haven''t made it there yet only 7000 I have to work on that.

  • It looks like I am staying under 75 a day and some of that comes from fruit. I just can't believe that sugar is in a lot of stuff I never knew it was in. I hope it is not interfering with my weight loss.

  • I have 3 cups in the morning with fat free vanilla creamer and a half teaspoon of regular sugar. I lose weight. I have heard it speeds up metabalism.
