I created my own so it comes out as Zumba. i usually burn @450-700 cals. per class but I just leave it at 500 cals. It depends on the intensity. Overall Zumba its a great workout!! I Love it ♥

Welcome!This is an amazing site!people here are so supportive and encouraging, they(MFP friends) and calorie counting play a very important role in my success! I still have a long way to go but this site makes it much easier!

I have, 35 lbs in 4 months! I LOVE ZUMBA I go to classes twice a week but I also have DVDs that I do when I don't go to class . I also do some weights and sit ups/ crunches to firm my skin. Zumba is fun, but also burns lots of calories. U also have to eat healthy( at least 1200 cals) and drink lots of water. You can go at…

I started doing Zumba at 270lbs and taking breaks every 15 min. so i think you can do it!!! just go at your own pace and you will see as time goes by you'll be in better shape. Zumba has worked for me its a good,fun workout and you burn lots of calories : )

I have!! I have lost a total of 35 lbs in 4 months doing Zumba : ) Also eat healthy and drink lots of water. My advice to you wear shoes I have twisted my ankle once doing the Samba, LOL. Good luck !!Zumba Rocks!!!

I AM LOGGING, BUT... I AM NOT GOING TO HOLD BACK ON THE DELICIOUS PECAN AND PUMKIN PIE I WILL WORKOUT IN THE MORNING, I HAVE BEEN EATING SUPER HEALTHY THIS LAST 2 WEEKS, ITS A SPECIAL DAY AND I PLAN TO ENJOY IT. : )

I had 1/3 cup egg whites with tomatoe, onion and bell pepper 1 slice of Raisin bread with I cannot believe is not butter light and black coffee @ 200 cals.

Gott a bit off track yesterday I ate 2 slices of Pizza and to top it off I didn't work out because I hurt my back moving furniture : ( oh well there goes my free Saturday gotta step it up a bit today and do some extra cardio! weight in is comming! Good luck to everyone Keep up the Good Work!

no!! so many are getting recalled u should talk to your doctor before taking any. I think diet and excersise is the healthier and safest way, just my personal opinion.

Yes you can do it girl but you have to do some kind of work out and drink lots of water I thought I couldn't do it but I have lost almost 20 lbs in 2 months. And forget the scale i go by dress sizes and measurements, weight in every 15-20 days.

eat 6 smalls meals throughout the day it'll make your metabolism work faster, and drink lots of water.

Hi I have been doing Zumba for 2 months now and I lost 15 lbs and 2 dress sizes . Its something different lots of cardio but also helps you tone up.
