I've observed that cravings on day x correlate well with scale progress on day x+1... If my body fat % was under 10 like yours, I wouldn't be concerned about scale progress but I'm not there yet.

when i started on mfp i used the database calorie burn rates for all my workouts. after a while i read some posts about heart rate monitors. finally i couldn't stand the suspense of not more accurately knowing my own calorie burns. i got my own hrm and now i'm enlightened. :)

1) by staying in great shape (my VO2 max is >48 and I'm 62) and 2) keeping my heart rate at 80% or greater of my max during my workouts, with the help of a properly calibrated heart rate monitor.

my solution is to store unopened jars on their sides in the pantry and every time i go in the pantry for anything give them about a quarter turn. this helps keep the oil evenly distributed through the jar. after i open a new jar i stir it well and then keep it in the fridge on its side and keep turning it like i do with…
