DanaDark is right. Water intake can vary your weight up to 3.5 lbs in each direction. Also a week isn't the right period to measure. Try a month and then check back.

One other thing. You should not track cal burn from work. Your ambient activity level is included in the calculation of the calories that you should be consuming/deficit to hit your goal. I did 3800 on Tuesday. Basically, my mantra was to make sure that I ended up under for the week. While I track on a day to day basis pretty religiously, I don't worry about being over on any individual day. It's too easy to drive yourself nuts. I just focus on making sure that I stay straight for the week.

Are you like a boxer or a wrestler trying to make weight? 20 lbs in a month probably isn't realistic absent surgical intervention or a bad case of the flu.
