They are a thing of the past if your parents never taught you that it was proper etiquette to send them. Really this should be a question for the parents of the younger folks.

I'd say rather than adding a tortilla at the end of the day to merely meet your calorie goal, add a different snack or food that helps meet both your calorie goal and macro nutrient goal. Something that has more protein and fat and less carbs.

Because we go to the much better In n Out instead

The salad bar was definitely my best friend. I liked to make a spinach salad with garbanzo and kidney beans, peas, olives etc. top with a little bit of cottage cheese and some grilled chicken. Yumm. We also had an all day omelet station which was nice. I would also add some grilled chicken to that for some extra protein.…

Every single pound I've lost has been fully saturated in delicious, bubbly, aspartame ridden Diet Coke. :drinker: eta: sometimes it's Diet Dr. Pepper if I'm feeling adventurous

At my school, they evacuated an entire dorm because they found some mysterious white powder they believed to be ricin, but was really protein powder. To be fair there was actual ricin in an adjoining dorm, but still. Protein powder can look pretty sketch, any chance you can live without it for that time?

I'm sorry, but this is completely dependent on the person. Opinions on what's comfortable are not universal.

But have you seen these new chips ahoy/Oreo creations? Haven't, tried them yet, they either have the potential to be magically delicious or an atrocity.

While no doubt he was mentally ill, it's the fact that our culture normalizes this idea of women being objects. Of course you can't blame one thing for why he did what he did, but our culture normalizes this sense of entitlement making his thoughts more acceptable to him.

I was going to avoid posting in this, but I really do think it is interesting how this discussion so quickly diverted to gun control. Even further proves the point how, as a society, we avoid acknowledging misogyny as a legitimate problem and how we even normalize such behavior.

I'm just insulted that someone could ever look at a picture of Coke Zero and think it could ever live up to the gloriousness that is Diet Coke...
