I've been thinking about getting one as well. Do they all have a chest strap? And is it uncomfortable? Thanks!

I enjoy Old Bay on fish as well. But keep in mind it has 160 mg of sodium per ONE-QUARTER teaspoon! That can add up in a hurry and cause some serious bloat! :( Try grilling on a grilling plank. You soak it in water overnight and then grill. Lightly seasoned fish, any kind of fish, is wonderful on a grilling plank.

I love that little bit of soreness. Let's me know that it's working! Erickirb is right.....48 hours between and you'll be fine. Your body will adjust to the workouts too.

Hey neighbor! Just south of Green Bay here!! Pudgy Pies are made in "Pie Irons." They are two squares, usually cast iron, but they do make Teflon-coated ones (avoid!!) that are attached with a hinge and have long handles (think hot-dog fork). You can either butter the bread or spray Pam on them, then put a slice of bread in…

For your birthday, try some smores - BUT use a Reese's Peanut butter cup instead of plain of Hershey's chocolate. OMG it is the best!!!!

We need a camping recipe group!! I have problems trying to come up with healthy things to take camping as well. I do the hobo meals - we call them "foil meals" with chicken and veggies or even fish or shrimp. Breakfast is usually a cowboy omelet. Eggs, bacon, onion, green peppers, mushrooms and/or whatever you like all…

That's fantastic! I'm so glad that works for YOU. Unfortunately, my results were were the opposite. I did not lose weight. Kind of why I said - one size does not fit all.

I burn about 400 a day and do not eat them back. I don't think the program is quite as accurate as others do, but that's just my opinion. If my BMR is 1183 I don't see how I can eat 1200 cals in a day and still lose, according to this site .6 pounds per week. And if I enter that I'd like to lose 1 pound per week or 1.5…

You can change the calories when you enter your exercise. I do 60 minutes of cardio and change the calories to "one" because I don't eat mine back either. You'll get blasted by those who say you should. I don't. I think it should be a personal choice. The argument is that the program already reduces your calories so you…

I do a version of South Beach. Very very low carbs, good fats, etc. Depends on where you are vacationing I guess. We just got back from Key West and I love seafood, so I actually dropped a couple of pounds on vacation! Hold the potato, give me the lobster!!!! Between that kind of eating and the extra walking, I was pretty…

Look delish!! Do you have to blend it or anything when it's done? Or just scoop and eat?? Thanks for posting this!!!!

Nah. I try to weigh in "officially" about once a week. I just need the monitoring. But I'm also mindful of the fluctuations and don't let them get me down. If you can't do that, a daily weigh in will make ya a little nuts. Just my opinion though.....

Thanks for posting this. I've been wanting to try (and like) them myself. I hope you get a lot of great replies!!
