If you have a microwave, you could always bring single serving low cal popcorn... I like to bring granola bars with me. I'm actually lucky because we have a Subway at my school, before it was added in it was all burgers, pizza, and a really overpriced salad that I would never buy.

I've used ground chicken in the past to make burgers and I always found it a bit sticky even without the egg. I add a fit of flour to the mix, season it up, and throw it on the foreman or the grill (depending on the season). Besides the stickiness, I always thought they were pretty moist and tasted really good.

I'm planning on doing it every day because it's interesting to see how a previous day's activities can effect your weight, but I'm not going to be disappointed in minor changes.
