I graduated in May 2010, and was convinced I'd never lose it. However, in May of this year, I started on here and have since lost 32 lbs. Definitely doable... and I'm always around if you need some motivation!

Congratulations! You should be very proud of yourself!

I can't even tell you how excited I am for Shark Week to start! lol:happy:

Feel free to add me! I'm 22 and working to lose about another 45 lbs.

I haven't quite lost 30 lbs (29 as of today), but I have not stepped foot in a gym at all. I'm thinking about joining one now, but for the past 11 weeks, I've been doing non-gym work outs. Generally, I rotate between Zumba, Tae Bo and Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown. Also, on my down time, my boyfriend and I ride our bikes…

My food scale-- hands down.

I weigh myself every other day, but the only one I usually use to track on here, and in my head is the weigh in that I do once a week. Whatever works for you :-)

I met my boyfriend (Jeremy1026 to MFP) through an online dating site called Plentyoffish.com while I was in my second year of college. It was a friend of mine who set up the profile for me after one night of a serious whine-fest about being alone. I talked to some serious weirdo-s on the site, and when I was about to give…

I completely understand. I am almost 23 myself and have been using MFP for about 2 months. It's really started to turn my life around! I'm kind of new to the message board part of MFP, but I saw your post and since it sounds so much like me, I couldnt help but reply. Best of luck to you!

If it makes you feel any better, I'm on day 50 and I'm almost over my sugar. The best tip that I've gotten so far is to be concerned mainly with the processed sugar. As far as natural sugars, I try not to concern myself with them too much. Hope that helps! Also, as far as eating only 700 cals or so day, be careful as your…

First of all, so sorry to hear your bad news. I really think that it depends on the person, and what you are currently going through. When I'm craving comfort food, I look at my pre-weight loss pictures, and try to equate the comfort food with looking the way I did. If that doesn't work, I'll try different things, such as…

My June mini goal is to be over the 180 obstacle. I'm currently at 182, and can't seem to drop those two off! By the end of the summer, I'd like to be within 5-10 lbs of my current goal weight of 149.

Honestly, I just log it as regular yoga in MFP. i figure I'd probably be low than overestimate and eat too much for the day. Glad I'm not the only one that thinks its hard though! ;-)
