Paleo would not be good if you plan on the red meats... just do the veggies and lean cuts of meat. the red meats now days have more fat than they did a long time ago. eat clean.

try going vegetarian for that time. I did... Yes there are many people that I'd like to get together with and meet for lunch or coffee and talk in person, but there is one who I am meeting in December to discuss wedding plans with! :) yes! I said it! Love can happen even on a fitness site when you're not looking for anyone and he just finds you! :)

I read somewhere that after you have a small treat and you still want more, that you should eat a slice of deli meat... the salty tast will make it leave... the want for sweets... just a thought.
