I'm in the 4th week now! I love Jillian work outs cause she works the entire body! I have to admit tho', I modify a loy due to my knees… I use some of her hard moves that my knees aren't affected.

my 2nd juicer… my 1st one burned out after many uses and then I got the ninja and it was fine. then for some stupid reason decided to buy another juicer cause it was on sale… :P now it sits on my counter… :P

it could happen… if you're lifting probability is that you will lose fat and gain muscle and the scale may or may not move… I learned this first hand...

basic elementary teacher who has taught pre-k to 10th grade in a span of 20+ years, reg ed, sp ed, music, computer, pe, art…. yes, I am "old school". lol!!!! I get up @ 4am to exercise and then prep breakfasts and lunches for my family… then we're off!!!! lol!

yes, I've had this conversation with friends… I lift and do lots of squats… clothes get loose and fall nicely over smooth and tight muscle and scale moves to a higher number… I've gained 9 pounds and yet my pants keep falling off… go figure! :P

I lost 15 pounds kept it off for over a year… met a man who loved to eat. gained 8 pounds… working to get it off… taking a long time!!! :P play time is over and so is he. lol!!! moving on to leaner and more active men! lol!!!

Hi Cathy, you can do it! I'm going to be 50 next year January and eating clean has made my life so much more enjoyable! your skin clears up, you look youthful, and you lose fat! AND you can still eat! lol!!! You can do it!

just turned 49… i lost 15 pounds so far. would like to lose 15 more. :) the fat around my belly area is really mushy… :(

running. using different muscles and still being strong. I danced ballet for more than half my life and I had "thunder thighs". not until college when I took up running, did my thighs calm down. walking isn't the same. running is awesome! but like someone else mentioned, muscled women are strong and strong is the new sexy.…
