i stopped drinking other things so if im thirsty water is my option makes it easier im also doing a 30 day anti-soda challenge this month

i drink a gallon of water a day plus green tea fora lil flare lol whn water starts gettin boring i add a splash of lemon to it also its proven that luke warm/room temp water is easier to chug but ice cold will give you the feeling of being full

well i tried 2day got to 1400 calories thn logged work outs and ended day with 1100 calories hey at least it was over 1000 this time and yeah i know sodium is my worst enemy it is sumthing im trying to work on

im going to log my food first aiming between 1200-1400 calories daily then going to log my work outs now the next question is do i eat my burnt cals to stay at 1200-1400 or just leave em alone and dont eat em back???

5'11 im aiming for 299 my ideal weight is @ 250 even tho my height it says i should weigh 170ish but i think thats to low for my build so ill be happy hitting 250

i personally set my goal at 1200calories daily but on days i work out which is any where from 5-7 days a week depending on my mood lol i also burn alot of calories just for instances today its almost 6pm and im sitting on a net calorie of -1400 calories now grant it i havent eaten dinner yet but still wat ever i do eat it…

hey missy and every1 else i added a few but if i didnt get ta ya feel free ta add me i want to loose 100lbs but technically should loose more lol but im starting off with 100lbs im on here every day several times a day and i know all kinds of lil tricks last year i lost 20lbs thn gained it back and now im back at it again…
