  • It depends on the day for me,I eat breakfast, then at one of my jobs I'm allowed to eat while working so I usually eat when I first get there, then another meal about halfway through my shift, and another when I get home. So usually 3-4 meals a day and various snacks, very rarely I'll only eat 2.
  • I lost 30 pounds before, so I used it as my motivation when I gained 10 pounds of it back last semester. I kept asking myself, "Why would I lose all this weight, just to gain it back? Might as well throw all that hard work out the window!"

  • I weight myself once every day in the morning, but I had to train myself to not freak if I gain weight, and just accept it. Personally, think it's more accurate because then I can get an average for the week rather than just that specific number for that day.

  • I think outside is better, since you're running with your own speed and not a machines speed. I would like to run outside, however I can not pace myself to save the life of me, so I stick with the treadmill. :/

  • Natural sugars in fruit I'm not to worried about. Whole sugars (fruit) is 10 times better than refined sugars (candy). However, I also don't have health problems where I would need to watch my sugar intake, like diabetes.

  • Fast food, I do end up eating some once a week but I usually plan my meal in advance so I don't go over on my calories. I also will eat healthier options if available. Also frosting or cakes, actually I crave them more often than I actually eat them. We have 3 tubs of frosting in my apartment that aren't even open :)
  • I log almost daily. I know everyone says not to, but I feel a I get a more accuarate reading (average) for that week than only weighing myself once a week. I've also taught myself not to freak out if I gained because fluxuation is normal.

  • I agree. The other thing since the the bmi scales doesn't account for large amounts muscle, I personally still use it as a guideline rather than "this is exactly what/where you are."
