I eat at 2000-2200 calories on rest days and more than that on days that I exercise (3-5 days/week) And that is to lose 1 lb/week .

Honestly, I hate heels! My fiance is shorter than me and he is confident but I know that he has his moments where he wishes he were taller. So I don't like to wear them from that aspect as well. So 1-2" is the highest I'll go but I'd prefer 0"

I'm 5'10.5" and my goal is 160-170. I've never been at a healthy weight, so that may change. It will all depend on how I feel at the weight.

Congratulations! You are doing wonderfully. Don't feel bad, it has taken me a year to lose 30 pounds. Everyone loses weight at a different pace. Keep up your hard work!

I'm 5'10.5" with a large frame. My original goal was 160, but now I'm aiming for anywhere between 160-180. But who knows, that may change. I have never been at a healthy weight, so I have no idea what I will look like at any specific weight.

I'm about 74 pounds heavier than what it says on my driver's license. But I've always been at least 40 pounds heavier than what it said. At my heaviest, I was 105 pounds heavier. But hopefully by this time next year, I'll be that weight :)

Just being able to be together finally. My fiance and I met online and never really got to spend a ton of time together, so it will be nice to finally be with him every day. :)
