150. my lowest was 175 and i was starting to see ab definition. I think 15 less than that would be good and healthy but still curvy. I have a bigger frame too so i think if i went to the low end I'd look odd. Who knows though.

Watermelon. I've tried so hard to tolerate it. It LOOKS so refreshing when ppl dig in on a hot day. Can't do it. Everything about it doesnt sit well with me. Taste, smell, texture.

for me it's love/hate. I was raised on the stuff. But lately the amount of calories/starch isnt worth it (to me)... unless its in/on/around sushi. I love that stuff.
