Same here! I usually have this problem after I take my sleeping pill too. I've been trying to drink more water, and if I am really still hungry, I will try and eat something healthy. Good luck, I struggle a lot with this too!

My point was that eating at night WILL affect my weight loss if it makes me go over my calories, which is what I was saying happened. Jeez! I have been eating a lot of protein during the day, I think I need to drink a lot more water. I don't get nearly enough water every day. And no, I'm not trying to lose more than 1 lb…

Agreed!!! Everything is ok to eat, there's no need to label certain foods as "bad." Everything in moderation, and if you slip up, it's ok because tomorrow is a brand new start. Hmm I've tried quinoa...not loving it. Thanks for the other suggestions too. I am not a big bean/legume person and have been cutting back on dairy. I am kind of a picky eater.

I do, keeps you honest! :) But I think weighing yourself more than once a week keeps you too focused on the number on the scale, instead of focusing on how you feel - if your clothes feel looser, if you feel stronger, etc. Anyway muscle weighs more than fat so you could have gained some muscle.
