My daily total is usually under 35u. Pump basil is 23.50u and the rest is from boluses.

My 30 day goals: 1. Keep blood sugar within target range 2. Exercise at least 30 min six days out of the week 3. No sweets! (unless blood sugar is low then use only glucose tabs to raise it)

Most of the time if mine is above 250 it will go up, but there are other times when it will drop like a rock.

Now I see why I can't handle the heat and humidity very well. Just one more thing us diabetics has to worry about.

I got a late start and just finished day 2 of level 1. I have noticed my knee is hurting with the jumping jacks and butt kicks. Anyone else have this problem and what to do to resolve it.

I was diagnosed 33 years ago at the age of ten. I was the only one diagnosed in my family with it up until about three years ago my nephew at the age of 22 was diagnosed with type 1. I can't remember my lowest alc but do remember my lowest blood sugar which was during my pregnancy, it was 36. I am currently on the minimed…

I too am a type 1 looking for motivation on losing weight with the Diabetes. I find it hard to lose the older I get. Any suggestions out there?
