Fat or thin it really doesn't matter if you have a hole in the bottom of your soul bucket. No matter what you use; food, drugs, exercise, shopping, alcohol, (fill in your issue), etc. it will not fill the bucket to make you a whole person. First you have to realize and KNOW you are loved and worthy of love. That is step…

It should depend on your body structure. Some ladies are large framed (and I don't mean that as an excuse...it is a fact) and some are smaller framed and yet the same height. At 150 I am in really good shape, when I drop below 147 it is really hard to maintain and I begin to look a bit gaunt in the face. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks so much for your honest post. I too feel that way sometimes. Especially when I let my wants get in front of my needs. This weekend has been a wants weekend. But I too will continue.
