i try to keep my extra calories for one day out of the week when I can "splurge" and it won't hurt my weight loss.... :))) this keeps my cravings under control and keeps me on track :)))

I am 5'10" In my profile pic I am 160 lbs. I am trying to get down to 145 - 150... all in all ... I want to be a size 6 which i am almost there... so I think it might be closer to 150 than 145 .... I started at 210 lbs. which was about 6 years ago ... it has been a long battle ... lol .... finally getting to the point…

What kills me the most about these "compliments" is that I see most of them as a passive agressive attack on someone out of jealousy or worse, envy. I get these a lot ... I used to be 210 lbs and I lost 50 lbs already and the more I loose the more "wasted away I get" or the more "sick I look" ..... I try hard just to pray…

I would defiantly go speak to a nutritionist or a physician that can do an accurate BMR on you before you start your program.

I totally agree with this .... I lost 60lbs so far and I am tight and getting firmer ... I have no problems with sagging skin but I have exersized and not lost the weight very fast but slow and steady :) and keep on exercising!!!!
