I live in southern cali and I love a rainy day. Everything is so clean and beautiful afterwards. I also find it romantic to stand under and umbrella with my S/O.

i switched to sparkling water when I gave up drinking soda. I'll mix it with a little juice (like cranberry, grape or orange) for a little flavor. Eventually, i got over the soda craving and I just drink water and tea now. It gradually gets rid of the sugar cravings.

Set your alarm far from your bed. You'll have to get up even if you want to turn it off or hit snooze. When you think about going back to bed, just tell yourself that you'll only get another 30 minutes or so of sleep before you have to get up again. That usually works for me.
