I eat 2 hard-boiled eggs for breakfast everyday. I boil 10 on Monday to take it to work. I leave the shell on and keep it in the fridge for a week.

I go mountain biking every weekend. I don't think you're too big to ride a bike. Since people come in many different sizes, you have to make you sure you get a bike frame that supports your weight and height.

Hi I'm 5'0 at 130lb. I started logging on MFP July 2011 when I was at 144lb (my highest). My goal weight is 100-105lb. I am on a 1200 calories NET diet. I'm trying to lose 25lbs by the first week of May. I'm spending 2+ hours at the gym, half for weight training and half for cardio workouts. I'm also pre-logging my meals for the whole week to ensure that I don't go over my calorie goal. We'll see how that goes.

Damn right! Resistance training is defining my gluteus maximus muscles! I'm trying to bulk them up but I guess it doesn't work like that. It's more tightening and defining the muscles than bulking them. On a side note, my body is sore all over.

I drink my protein shake as a meal replacement for lunch. I shake it up with soy milk with a total calories of 260. Not bad for lunch and it fills me up until dinner. I drink Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey protein. I think its yummy. It's just like drinking a strawberry or vanilla milkshake.
