I say eat low G/I food and do lots of cardio. Don't get disappointed when the pounds don't drop right away. It's really hard to lose weight with PCOS but it's not impossible. Good luck to you.

I usually go mountain biking for 3 hours. My breakfast choice is either a 6" inch subway sandwich or leftover sushi from the night before. I would carry a Hammer gel and take it 1.5 hours into the bike ride. It works for me. And a protein shake afterwards.

I use an HRM and put it under Cardio (under "my workout").

I usually do them on the same day. I usually do cardio for 20 minutes warm-up then either upper body weights or lower body weights. Then I would get back for another 30-40 minutes of cardio workouts after stretching. The reason why I do it the same day is because I like doing cardio workouts daily.

I use this app for mountain biking and I love it! It syncs with the online account so that you can access the rides information. It shows the elevations and even rank the hills. It's a really great app.

Polar FT7. It's really easy to use and it stores the workout data so that you can access it later. It also breaks down between fitness calories burned time and fat calories burned time. I'm not sure how accurate that is, but I'm guessing that it goes by your HR during the workout.

OMG, I was just telling my friend about a comment my cousin made earlier to me. I never told her or said I was on a diet. I"m always going to the gym and I guess she picks it up. Her comment to me was, "you know it's not good to work out too much." Seriously now??? I just ignored her.
