I prefer working out in the A.M. I do not work out at home. I go to the gym at 5am and workout until 630am. Less people = more workout machines available at the gym for me to use. :)

i love that show. The episode where he was tasting the "juicy lucy" burgers from different restaurants made me crave the burger so bad. I got the closest thing I can think of. IN -N-OUT Cheeseburgers. It's far from a juicy lucy burger but it satisfied my cravings. Watching the show when I'm hungry is a danger to my diet.

I think some people just say that to be polite because agreeing that you need to be on a diet would imply that they think you're fat. When someone says they're on a diet to me, I would be "o really? what's your diet?" I don't really care how fit or obese a person is. If they feel the need to be on a diet, then so be on one.

I never booked calories burned during strength training before until I got a HRM. if you want to be more accurate I say go with a heart rate monitor.

I do it on alternate days. Monday and Wednesday upper body, Tuesday and Thursday lower body. Abs every day. I don't lift too heavy so i don't need that long to recover from weights.

I'm with you on this one! My husband would even wake up at 430am to go to the gym with me even though he prefer to sleep in. Yes I do have a wonderful husband!

I try to lift 4 times a week (alternating days on upper and lower body). I don't lift too hard. maybe 4 sets of 15 with a 30-50lbs weight on a machine. I don't do free weights though I don't know why. I feel stronger and I have slim down even though my weight is barely dropping.
