You can do it girl. I spinn @ least 3-4 times per week. I take the most intense class my gym offers just to push myself...YOu can do it...although its 60 mins long. YOu can really pace yourself. I totally feel you on this. It sucks. I weight 312 currently. No can beleive im over 200 lbs. I literally have friends that are bigger than me and wear larger clothes that weigh AT LEAST 100 lbs less than I do. I guess its our body chemistry who knows. I am 5'10 though so supposedly that counts.

CUCUMBERS are the perfect snack. You can doctor them up with the fat free salt...pepper....so yummy and cucumbers hold me over and keep me full...if your subjected to a snack machine try a handfull of trailmix

Ive done weight watchers a few times. Its a pretty good prgram. However, dont expect group leaders to answer any nutrition questions beyond points & weight watchers terminology.

Yes Soups are great. Another great thing is to make a main meal for the week. Like Sunday Do a Chilli for m-5 or a veggie soup (cheaper) Then you can do turkey sandwiches for one of your meals. Also buy the lesser priced fruits. Stay away from berries grapes melons. Very overpriced. Especially when out of season. Bananas,…

Yay glad we got the new thread up. Drank over 10 glasses of water today burned 1000 calories but was over my calorie goal. Hope I dont gain 5 lbs for my little horray today
