Hey girl...yes calories burned are based on how much u weigh....I am 300 lbs +...so if I walk 60 mins I mayburn 1200 cals ...u also eat more calories when u weigh more. U may want to try stairmaster or crosstrainer for a larger burn...but ur walking is great too

I have my pepsi spurts I'm on one now...I drink abt one a day but I can totally go w out maybe ill cut them out a bit...that's not my biggest poison...lol I'm a splenda queen...whoops I'm really trying to cut bk on those as well

I'm sooooo glad I'm not alone....I keep seeing help I can't eat all my calories...lol I'm like ill take some of ur calories off ur hand any time....I guess ill focus more on my water filling foods...start eating my almonds again

i love this thread...monday i had about 4 100 cal packs 1 100 cal dorrito 1 100 cal cheetos 2 100 cal choc covered pretzels...although they are 100 cal packs they are not really the healthiest thing ..lol i only logged 2 of them ha....and i TOO NEVERRRRR logg my creamer properly lol

I am sure feet do shrink. Since Ive gained about 50 lbs I cant even wear my heels anymore b/c ALL my shoes feel tight...when i drop that 50 I hope I can wear my shoes comfortably

a free meal with a workout that day wont hurt you... a free day will....so I say sensible 1 to 2 free meals a week have worked for me. My cheat meals usually fall under 6-700 calories.
