I workout at 3am, get ready and get to work by 5am and then eat at work. I dont have too many issues with that.

Pure Cardio was ok. Again doing better than I expected. I have followed P90X with Insanity before and always thought the p90x cardio didn't prepare me very well for insanity. This time around is much different. I have changed the way I look at food and eat and I recover quickly during the rest breaks. So defiantly a change…

Did Cardio Power & Resist It is really amazing how these workouts push your body. I need to get used to it as I am used to p90x workouts. But I do feel that I recover well during the rests. I did have to pause and rest a little longer before the last set but I feel really good.

That looks awesome. I workout in my living room but maybe i could get small mats to roll out then put away when I am done. Right now I just have a yoga mat

Did Plyo Cardio Circuit. Boy was the sweat pouring. I could almost keep up till the end then I had to rest a lot. So glad to be off my little post p90x rest week and back to work on a serious workout. The Zumba just doesnt cut it sometimes.
