I've always had heavy periods with weeks non stop. Went to the OBGYN 3 times in March had to ultrasounds and a biopsy. Apparently nothing is wrong. Popchips, they're popped, not baked or fried. 4 grams of fat and 120 calories. They are located in the organic section at my grocery store. They're really good, and they don't taste healthy :love: They taste like potato chips and they come in lots of flavors.

I used to own a DVD called Core Secrets. There isn't much standing at all, A lot of it is sitting on the ball lifting dumbbells and ab/core work. I loved it. You could modify any of the moves that require standing. Good luck and get better soon.

you can replace all of your dry ingredients with a can of diet pop (diet orange, cream soda,sprite zero) anything. Follow the baking directions on the box. It works great and you get rid of all those calories.

I'm 46. Joined in Feb and have been on here every day since. I work out daily and I'm trying to clean up my diet. (it's getting better). I have 2 kids and a 6 year old grandson so I am constantly on the go. Feel free to add me.

Ham, potatoes, eggs, rolls, green bean casserole, tons of candy, (jelly beans, chocolate, etc) cake, cole slaw. At least I jogged 5 miles this morning. I feel icky and miserable. Tomorrow is a new day and I will be good and stay within my calories!!!:ohwell:
