I just did day 2 of L2 and it wasn't any better than day 1. I'm hoping it gets easier soon. Planks kill me! I hate them, but I'm trying to push thru and I know it's not pretty. :grumble:

I'll also started L2 yesterday, and I hated it. I hope I can motivate myself to do it again tonight. I will try the dumbell suggestion. Hopefully that'll help a little. Thanks for the info!

I'm 5'0". I weighed 176 in January and joined mfp the middle of Feb. My CW is 162. I mostly keep my calories under or right at my goal. My problem is I love junk food and don't eat enough of the good stuff. I'm working on it and have gotten better over the last few weeks. I try to walk between 2-4 mi every day and am on my…

i log mine under circuit training general. I totally know what you mean by the cycle crunches. They're awful! I close my eyes and try to imagine that I'm doing something else so I can get thru the entire cycle. The sad thing is, is that's it's only 1 minute!!! haha..Someday it will be a piece of cake to do.

They come in a variety of sizes and it will keep your drink and ice for 8-10 hours. It will also keep your beverage hot too if you're using it for tea…

I'm so glad you started this group. I lost 45 pounds a couple of years ago and gained it all back, plus a few. Needless to say, I'm older now and the weight doesn't want to come off. I'm 46 and I'm my heaviest I've ever been. I joined MFP last week and have lost 3 lbs so far. I've been walking and doing a little strength…

I think it's to be done on a daily basis, since it's only 20 min. I did it a few weeks ago and I remember Jillian saying something like we promise you big results in a short amount of time, so there is no resting. So I'm assuming she's not going to give us a day off. Good luck, stay motivated!!!! I wish March 1st was now!!
