I do them. I was doing them everyday, but when it's nice out I'd rather be outside. Since the weather is changing I will be doing these again. I usually do anywhere from 3-5 miles everyday. I prefer these over my treadmill.

Yes you should do it. I'm sure it will be fun. I wouldn't worry about how you look in shorts. You're trying to do something about it anyway. You should go, and if you don't like it or feel uncomfortable you don't have to go back.

this is really gross, but I put mine in a coffee mug and add a ton (i mean a ton) of water and sweetner and a touch of creamer, and actually drink it. I chug it. That's the only way I can eat it. If it's the slightest bit cold it goes down the sink.
