Maybe try a knee brace. I was having some knee issues a few months ago and thought I was gonna die. I went to the doc and he prescribed PT. He also gave me a brace and I wore it 2 times and the pain was practically gone. Needless to say, I'm not doing PT and my knee seems fine. Fingers crossed. Hope this helps.

Finished mine this morning using 5lb weights. I've tried it several times and made it up to day 20, then stopped. This time I'm gonna finish. I just wish I could do a real push-up! LOL

4.2mph here. Very slow, but it worked for me. I still am not a fast jogger, but I do what I can at my own pace.

what a great topic...bump, bump, bump!!!!! Thanks for some wonderful salad recipes!!! I like iceberg lettuce (i know boring) and just add random veggies, etc...this is great. Time to experiment.

I also would like to lose 30 more pounds. I was doing pretty good, then life happened and now I'm ready to get back on track and get this weight off. I'm gonna start doing 30DS again and try to walk at least 3 mi a day. We'll see how it goes. :)

Knee brace! I was having horrible knee pain, then it got to the point where I could barely walk. My doc took x-rays, nothing serious. Anyway, I wore my brace for 2 days and almost all the pain is gone. I'm also doing PT, but I have a feeling this is probably going to be my last week of it!!! Good luck!
